At Boo & Moo Dogwear, every product is lovingly handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We may, however, accept a return or exchange under specific circumstances. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns, and we will review your request.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We want you and your pet to love your Boo & Moo Dogwear purchase. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us or complete the form below within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photos and a description of the fault to help us assess the issue. Once reviewed, we will work with you to find a resolution this may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Note:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition for any return or exchange to be considered.

• Custom or personalised orders are not eligible for return unless faulty.
